Radiation distribution of a 2D (two dimensional space) dipole source

hi, everyone
In standard textbook, a 3D dipole radiate like a donut (that is E~sin(\theta)), anyone know the field distribution of a 2D dipole? with dipole moment either in plane or out of plane? Can you recommend a textbook or a document?
