Mode tracking in mode solver, RF modue

Hi,

I have defined a structure in the mode solver in the RF module, and I got the mode that can exist in this structure, but I need to make frequency sweep for one of the modes, which means that I need to track the mode profile over frequency, can this be done in comsol? thanks in advance.
