GaAs Solar Cell; Semiconductor Module + RF Module

Hi there ! So this is my problem ... I get this Error Message (Error message is "Maximum number of Newton iterations reached."); "Doesn't Find Solution... I'm new with this software and i just throw myself in this new version, it's seems very friendly... but i can't figure out how to get the solution...

The file of my work is attached, PLEASE HELP...
