X and Z polarization 2D for normal and oblique incidence

Dear COMSOL community

I make a modeling for multi layer structure in 2D , I use COMSOL tutorial model (plasmonic diffraction grating ) found the model library. to setup the setting for Z polarization case TE and TM types the wave propagates a long Y axis for normal and oblique incidence

Can you please help me to setup the setting for X polarization case TE and TM type for a plan wave propagates a long Y axis ,for normal and oblique incidence
