dielectric heat up in capacitor

I am modeling the dielectric heat up in parallel plate capacitor using microwave heating.
I have watched all the relevant videos available and tried a lot of possible ways to change my model,
but it still doesn't work.
Anyone take a look at my model and let me know which part is wrong please?
