Lumped Ports on CPW

I am new to COMSOL and am modeling a coplanar waveguide. I am following a CPW example to make mine and get familiar with COMSOL, but when I execute the Boundary Mode Analysis study I get "Errors during multiphysics. Error in uniform lumped port setup."
Can anyone help me with why figuring out what is causing this error?
